Charles Fillmore leads a Silent Unity prayer meeting.
Mission: Prayer
It was through prayer that both Myrtle and Charles grasped the full extent of their divinity. People saw the Fillmores becoming healthier and stronger and they, too, wanted to pray. In 1890 the Society for Silent Help, the Unity prayer ministry now called Silent Unity, was created. It continues today. (See the Myrtle Fillmore exhibit for more about this mission.)
