Unity Farm: 1919-1953
Today, Unity Village, Missouri, serves as the world headquarters of Unity, renowned for its historic architecture and beautiful landscaping. When Unity Founders Charles and Myrtle Fillmore originally bought the first parcel of land, however, it was an undeveloped farm, and the idea of a city where Unity workers could gather to work and play was only a dream. This exhibit explores the early years of Unity Farm, telling the story of its construction and development from 1919 to 1953, when it was officially incorporated as Unity Village.
