Unity Farm: 1919-1953

In 1953, the residents of Unity Farm petitioned the Jackson County Court for incorporation. On April 13, 1953, Unity Farm officially became Unity Village when it was recognized as a municipality in the state of Missouri. The Fillmore family dream of creating a Unity city was finally fulfilled.
