Administration Building

By 1940, economic conditions had improved enough so that construction at Unity Farm could resume. One of the major projects of the 1940s was the Administration Building. Designed by Rickert Fillmore using prefabrication techniques, the building had a number of distinctive architectural features, including concrete spiral staircases, a cupola, and wooden doors carved by master woodworker Ivan Lee.
