Unity Farm is pictured in the summer of 1919, soon after the Fillmores bought the farm of Warren W. Thurston. This is one of the earliest photographs of Unity Village.

The first summer after Unity Farm was purchased, workers camped in tent cottage on weekends and vacations. The Unity Swimming Pool was built in this location in 1923.
